AGREEMENT FOR ARTIST SERVICES

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of [Insert Date], between Voyage Music Festival, ("Company"), and Nick Picasso ("Artist").

1. SERVICES: Artist agrees to provide artistic services including the creation of five (5) indoor wall murals and one (1) 10x12 mural at the Voyage Music Festival.

2. COMPENSATION: In consideration for the services provided by the Artist, the Company agrees to compensate the Artist as follows:

   a. A total of $700 for Hard Costs.

   b. Four (4) Super VIP (SVIP) and four (4) VIP passes for giveaways.

   c. Two (2) Meet and Greets (Specific details to be confirmed four weeks prior to the event).

   d. Artist's logo will be featured on Voyage Marketing, including the official website and any physical or digital collateral where sponsors are present.

   e. Artist will receive tickets to all 2023 shows and festivals hosted by the Company.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY: Artist agrees not to disclose any confidential information relating to the Company's business, its business plans, strategies, or any other proprietary information.

4. TERMINATION: This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice.

5. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR: The Artist is an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement will be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship.

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written.

7. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert State].
